We are looking for a full-time Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for our sales team at our office in Madrid.


Your mission

​As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will build up your own customer base in a continuous and targeted way and advise and manage them in the whole process. The focus here is on the acquisition of companies that offer our employee offer platform to their own employees. You will be responsible for your sales activities and the achievement of your targets.

Your tasks

  • Development of sales strategies
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Presentation of our services, by telephone or on site at customer meetings
  • Active client management and expansion of your client contacts
  • Participation in trade shows and customer events
  • Communication with all sales-relevant internal departments

Your profile

  • Experience in key account management
  • Confident and friendly manner
  • Enthusiasm and a winning personality
  • Strong commitment, personal initiative, and flexibility
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Communicative team player with strong self-motivation
  • Good computer skills
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Other languages will be well valued
